Right of withdrawal

1. General rule — 14 days
A consumer (a natural person making a purchase outside of business activity) has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without bearing any costs (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
2. Exception for digital content
Pursuant to Art. 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the 14-day period and the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
In practice this means that at the moment of confirming the order in the cart, the User:
- is clearly informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal,
- provides informed consent to immediate access to the Course, and
- accepts that access is activated immediately upon payment and the right of withdrawal expires.
These consents are recorded in our system together with a timestamp for evidentiary purposes (GDPR Art. 7(1)).
3. Situations in which the right of withdrawal applies
- You have expressly not consented to immediate commencement of performance (the purchase awaits activation).
- The Seller has not informed you of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the manner required by law.
- The purchase concerns a tangible medium (not applicable to our Service — we sell digital content exclusively).
4. How to exercise the right of withdrawal (when available)
Send the declaration to kontakt@skillup.gg or by post to the Seller's registered address. You may use the template below:

5. Refund
In case of effective withdrawal (where the right applies) the Seller will refund all payments received without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the declaration, using the same payment channel as the original transaction.
6. Complaints (separate from withdrawal)
Notwithstanding the above, every User has the right to submit a complaint regarding a faulty digital service — details in the Terms of service §8.
