How to place an order

1. Pick a course or bundle and click "Add to cart".
2. Open the cart — you can enter a creator code (e.g. SNAX10) and recalculate the price.
3. Click "Pay", fill in invoice details and pick a payment method (BLIK, card, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal).
4. Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation email and immediate access in My courses.

30-day access

Every purchase gives you full access to the video and e-book for 30 days, counting from the moment of payment. The course panel shows a countdown to expiry.

3 days before expiry you'll get a reminder by email (you can disable this in Account → Profile → Notifications).

Renewal with 20% discount

Once access expires you can renew it with a 20% discount as a returning customer — the reduced price will automatically appear on the course page.

Bundles

A bundle is a set of several courses offered for a single combined price, usually lower than the sum of individual courses. Each course in the bundle has its own 30-day access window.

Creator codes

Influencers and partners may issue a personal discount code. Enter it in the cart before confirming the order. Codes work independently of current promotions (time-bound discounts on specific courses).

VAT invoice

A 23% VAT invoice is issued automatically after payment. You can download it from Account → Orders or from the confirmation email. For a business invoice, provide your VAT ID in the order details.

Security

• Payments are handled by Stripe — card details are not stored by Skillup.gg.
• Login session is encrypted with TLS 1.3, cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.
• Video is DRM-protected (Widevine L1) — safe for coach work, impossible to capture with classic tools.
